Poverty = Dementia

There is enough evidence to prove that poverty impacts on the development of dementia due to the nutrients that people have had. Especially nutrients that children have while the brain is developing, as the brain develops continually up to the age of 25. After that both the collagen and oxygen starts to decrease.

That's why there have been huge numbers of the elderly that were born in the UK in the 1930's that have suffered from Dementia. They were born in an era of poverty when people couldn't afford the nutrients that their children required.

The UK is now in a state of emergency due to the huge amount of poverty the children of the nation are in. I have written more about the research study on the link above. I have also been posting about other health conditions on that blog.



March 2016 I was concentrating on Sjogren's and food remedies that can alleviate it, April 2016, I have been looking at Rheumatoid Arthritis, that is usually involved in Sjogren's. KIWI SMOOTHIE

We are still with the Vit E, and Vit E is especially important for women after and during the menopause. Kiwi fruit were reduced today, six for 50 pence, so its a smoothie.

Did you know that Kiwi's have more Vit C than an orange? It also has Vit K that is essential for the brain assimilating Vit C. Children can be allergic to Kiwi and so be careful with the young ones. My son always loved kiwi's when he was a child, his preferred fruit.

My smoothie included the following:

Six kiwi's
1 banana
Juice of half a lemon
Small spoonful of honey
10 almonds
Half of a large cartoon of yoghurt

DINNER VIT E

My apologies for not posting my latest new recipes since the last post was uploaded. I have been rather busy. I had a dream of  'Cooked Whitebait' being served to me and Jesus gave a teaching about the fish. How when the angels came in the last days of the end times - the angels would select the best fish and throw the rest away. I do like cooked whitebait although I haven't eaten it for years. I didn't have any whitebait at home to cook so I had to improvise to attain the nutrients that my body clearly requires.

The great thing about whitebait is that it has lots of Vit E some B12 - B6 - A & D.

So what did I have to eat last night.



I began with Israeli Matzos crackers and I covered the crackers with soft French cheese for Vit K that is essential for the assimilation of Vit C. I then put some fresh marinated anchovies on the top and ate it as a starter while cooking my main meal. Anchovies are one of the fish that are considered to be whitebait so I was behaving myself and doing what I was meant to do.

Vit E is clearly what the body required so I concentrated a meal based upon that and I had some left over chicken to eat.

My main meal consisted of the following ingredients for the rest of my Vit E meal.

Palm oil for the saute of two cloves of sliced garlic and a small red onion.

Red hot chilli pepper

Ground almond and sesame seeds.

When that was cooked I added the chicken in small pieces.

Third of a tin of coconut milk and a large cup of water was added.



Small square of spinach.

It was served with some cous cous and it was nice and light and full of nutrients.

I am celebrating this week as a friend bought me a blender - so now I can make my own drinks in the juicer. The first drink that I had was a coconut milk and banana smoothie. Delicious!

Basil-Mushroom Tube Pasta



On a health level we've been discussing the power of the herb basil - and how that dried herb provides an incredible amount of calcium - my son bought some mushrooms yesterday so I cooked a lovely pasta dish with oregano - basil - garlic - and in a separate pan I cooked a carrot cut up tiny - with red onion sliced - more garlic - oregano - basil - rock salt and black pepper - and of course the sliced mushrooms: 



When the pasta was cooked I included more mushrooms and covered the pasta in milk allowing it to simmer prior to including the carrot and mushroom mixture to the pasta that also had artichoke hearts and some capers included with it: 

It was really delicious!  

Put your tube pasta on with enough water to cover it 
Fingers full of dried oregano and basil 
Season with rock salt and pepper 

Then cut up a carrot very tiny and put in a different pan with some rice bran oil
Garlic chopped 
Red onion sliced 
Mushrooms sliced 
When cooked put to one side 

When the pasta is cooked cover it in milk add more mushrooms - four sliced artichoke hearts - and some capers - let it simmer and then include the mixture from the other pan and mix it all up together! 

Serve with grated cheese on the top - delicious and incredibly healthy for you 

Another new recipe that is good for the endocrine system of the body!

Osbornes Budget 2015

2015 is the year of generous -  and there is nothing generous in the British budget for the nation: George Osborne speaks of the sacrifice that the people have made - well the LORD did not ask for sacrifice - he asked for mercy!

Osborne continues to sacrifice the poor with nearly a million Brits at the food banks! Some say its as high as 4 million - truly it is time to bang their heads together and heal the dough! The mirror even report that 22 million pounds offered by the EU to fund the food banks was rejected by the government! Isn't that 22 million that shouldn't have been in the first place! Seriously this nation must find its heart of mercy and giving of generous - for Jesus spoke of being generous Matthew 20:15

Leek & Sweet Potato Soup

So what's on the menu this evening - 'Leek and Sweet Potato Soup' I had a parsnip that had to be used up - so I cut that up very small and sauted in olive oil with four large leeks sliced thinly: After that added the water to the pan and let it boil then reduce to a simmer

While the leeks and parsnip was simmering my sweet potato's were in the oven - 6 small sweet potato's cooked in their jackets - when cooked - slice open and add the sweet potato flesh to the soup - add some more water if required - some black pepper - rock salt to taste - when the soup is ready - I added some coconut flakes and served the soup with some mozzarella slices on the top - delicious with a slice or wholemeal bread or Matzos

Sweet potato always reminds me of Israel when we had sweet potato around the campfire - great spiritual gatherings they do have in Israel - love to you all!

ALZHEIMERS and TOBACCO

Earlier in March I had a health dream and the dream included 'wine' and 'tobacco' it has come to light that the man in the dream that was kissed - was the author Terry Pratchett and he passed over on the 12th March - that was the 'Day of Vision' - may he rest in peace! 

However due to his health condition and due to the the importance of the tobacco in the dream - I know in my heart that it has a powerful message for us - especially as aubergines also have nicotine! Biblically the leaves are for healing the nations and tobacco leaves are surely included in that:

The dream about health - there were three women in the dream and two men: The two men in the dream were Paul McCartney and Terry Pratchett and Terry made a large donation to Alzheimer's Research!

I looked at the the countries where Terry's condition is found the most - and it came to light that the countries with the most of it can be found in Australia and the USA - the other common factor - is that both countries are also big fizzy can drinkers!

Americans have a much higher incidence than the UK and that is particularly relevant to the people that live in Europe - due to what American corporations are planning to export to Europe with the TTIP agreement. The Americans don't have the same high quality standards in food that the UK does. 

Wikipedia quote a cost of 160 billion worldwide and 100 billion a year in the USA spent on Alzheimers: Also interesting to note that both Australia and the USA are high meat eaters - and in Australia there are lot of non-smokers! 

There is plenty of research on the healthy benefits of smoking - and what it impacts upon, although there are different studies that oppose each other, it depends who does the research. 

It has even been found to aid 'gum disease' so the importance of the tobacco really has to be examined by the scientists in greater depth! 

I will add to this blog post recipes that are good for the condition - aubergine passata would definitely be one of the recipes that I would encourage people to try! 

The Southern European diet and the Japanese diet are recommended - as we know the Japanese diet as a lot of raw fish and smoked mackerel is excellent - in Northern European herrings are also eaten raw marinated and I do like fresh anchovies as well! 

The southern European diet includes the wine that was featured in the dream - in addition to the tomato from the tomato dream: In Southern Europe we eat a lot of fresh salads - lots of fresh energy foods and freshly cut tomato's - olives and peppers etc

Other positive aspects of smoking is that it reduces the risk of Parkinson's - impacts positively on coronary arteries - and lowers risk to 'gum disease' how amazing is that!

Its no coincidence that the 'Dead Sea Scrolls' wrote of the 'Smoking Messiah'

Its also no coincidence that I had a coconut dream this year - and coconuts have been known to grow in the same countries as tobacco! So I would certainly recommend coconut oil and I would also recommend a change in diet that a high protein low carb diet that changes the metabolism to a fat burning diet from a sugar burning diet! 

Ketosis has the ability to kill off energetic disease in the body - its like putting a 'bleach' through the body and I began my research on that - back in 2002 when I adapted the Atkins diet to suit my taste buds! 

After ketosis and changing my metabolism - I felt incredibly healthy - and had so much extra energy after most processed sugar had been removed from my diet!  I did get the shakes when I began the sugar detox - however - it just proved how dependent the body had become on sugar! 

It was an incredible journey and I should put my mind to going through another sugar detox! Although my weight is now at 55 kilos - and if I was to go into ketosis again - I would shed even more weight! The last time that I went through ketosis 6-7lbs were shed within two weeks and two pounds a week -every week after that - although you can only shed the weight that you do not require:
