While the leeks and parsnip was simmering my sweet potato's were in the oven - 6 small sweet potato's cooked in their jackets - when cooked - slice open and add the sweet potato flesh to the soup - add some more water if required - some black pepper - rock salt to taste - when the soup is ready - I added some coconut flakes and served the soup with some mozzarella slices on the top - delicious with a slice or wholemeal bread or Matzos
Sweet potato always reminds me of Israel when we had sweet potato around the campfire - great spiritual gatherings they do have in Israel - love to you all!

Then we have our leeks - a symbol of Wales and associated with David - although it is written that the leeks are biblical as well and can be traced back to Egypt - they have a high percentage of Vitamin K at 29% and Manganese at 13% - check out the rest!
