Italians eat a lot of tomatoes and the Italian researchers found that people who ate seven or more servings of raw tomatoes a week had a 60 per cent lower chance of stomach - colon or rectal cancers than folks who ate two servings or less".

Worcester Sauce
The essential ingredients are barley malt vinegar, spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onions, and garlic; particular brands add other spices as well to taste.
The sauce is high in sodium and I do eat some fresh anchovies and have some soya sauce for sodium.
I haven't bought Lea and Perrins for years. I used to put some in the meat for the shepherds pie that I used to make for my son. I will definitely get some next time that I go shopping if my budget will allow it. Lea and Perrins is now owned by Heinz.

The Southern Europeans eat a lot of fresh tomatoes and an onion and tomato salad is good to have after a high protein meal due to it breaking down of the proteins so that the body can digest it more easily. Red onion and spring onion is best and you could just eat a spring onion after your meal.
This dream came after I had made another new soup and I will a make different post on the 'Prophets Soup' for the monks in brown. It includes soya sauce - carmelized onions - garlic - olive oil - potatoes and carrots with herb dumplings.
